ARTIV PURCHASE Cancellation Policy

General Policy

In addition to auctions, ARTIV offers direct purchases, where buyers can purchase artworks instantly. To ensure a smooth experience, the following cancellation rules apply.

Buyer Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the artwork is shipped.
• If a buyer wishes to cancel an order, they must request it within 1 hour of purchase.
• If an order is already shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Seller Cancellations

• Sellers must fulfill orders once a purchase is confirmed.
• If a seller is unable to fulfill an order (e.g., artwork is damaged, unavailable), ARTIV will issue a full refund to the buyer.

ARTIV-Initiated Cancellations

ARTIV reserves the right to cancel direct sale orders in cases of:

• Fraudulent activity or payment issues.
• Listing errors (e.g., incorrect pricing, plagiarized image).
• Seller’s inability to complete the order.
